Apple slinky!
Naked apples.
Kate chomping on the apples' clothes.
Voila! Chris' delicious apple pie. He called it "Franken-pie" because the top crust completely fell apart and had to be "stitched" back together. Kate found that very funny.
Speaking of Frankenstein:
Chris' beautiful pecan pie glowing in the amber autumn light. This one was also incredibly tasty. Kate and I are oh, so pleased to have an excellent baker in residence. Hooray for Appa!
Kate created fancy napkin holders for everyone. Mom pilfered the turkey shapes from Kate's school and was narced on by one of her friends. Oh, that Zoe. Always the cop.
Kate and Lucy got fancy floral napkins while Lily got a burp cloth.
The "twins" in their new vests.
Hilary and Lily getting acquainted.
Amy D. and Chris worked hard in the kitchen, chopping, basting, cooking, chopping, basting, cooking.
In honor of Thanksgiving, Kate and Lucy sat on this big piece of paper and traced their cute tushies. Then Kate filled them in with drawings.
Meanwhile, lovely Lily watched the Manchester United soccer game on TV. Out of loyalty to her Samcheon, she was rooting for the other team to destroy Man U.
Lucy and Kate dressed for dinner. They both wore pretty hand-me-downs from Cousin Emma. Thank you, Emma!
Gobble gobble!

Thanks again for having us over! We had a wonderful time, and Lucy LOVES her vest, little house and her Charlie Brown Thanksgiving book too. I'm sorry Chris and Lily got colds--I hope they're feeling better!
